Welcome to the CCDS After School Program for the 2011-2012 school year. Our staff is hand-picked and trained to provide your children with a safe and innovative program filled with engaging activities to enrich their lives and enhance their learning. We believe it is important to create an environment for children where diverse groups of people can learn to work together and can become partners in an essential life experience, and where differences can enrich rather than divide us.
Our ASP Coordinator is Vickie Garrison. Our ASP Assistant Coordinator is Polly Jones.
Our contract for 2011-2012 is now available. This must be signed and turned into the main office in order to have your child attend the program. Please contact Michelle Trulin with any billing questions.

Monday through Friday, 7am to 6pm
*please respect these hours and be prompt in picking up your child. In the event that you will be late, please contact the program staff at 895-2650 x 208. Remember that extra time will cost you extra money; our policy is as follows: $5 per minute for the first 5 minutes, and $1 per minute for each minute after that.

A fee schedule indicates our rates in our contract. There is an initial $20 enrollment fee (per family) to reserve space in the program. Additionally, each family must have a Student Behavior Contract on file, signed by a parent and each child enrolled in the program.

11/9-11: Veteran's Day/Parent Conferences
11/21-25: Thanksgiving
12/19-1/3: Winter Break
1/16: Martin Luther King, Jr. Day
2/16-17: President's Day
3/2: Report Card Prep Day
3/19-23: Spring Break
4/6-9: Easter Holidays
5/28: Memorial Day
The following months will be prorated due to holidays:
August, November & December: 50% discount
March: 25% discount
June: 75% discount
