How do I pick-up my child after school?
You may meet your child (K-5) at their classroom or pick-up at the curb.  Middle school kids will be outside their building for pick-up.  All kids are "swept" from the curb into the main office at 2:55 p.m.  At 3 p.m. they are taken to ASP and will be charged for ASP services.
How do I pick-up my child in the middle of the day for a medical appointment?
You are welcome to call the office on your way here and we will attempt to have them waiting for you. Always allow yourself enough time to sign-out your child and go to their class to pick them up,as we may not be able to do this.
How do I get lunch money to the cafeteria?
Please drop off money in the office and we will make sure the cafeteria receives it.  You may also sign-up on Titan School Solutions (replaced School Bucks as of July 1) which is website that manages your student's meal account information. You will be able to make payments and add money to your child's account. Please email Stacy in the main office for the student I.D.  It's a special number that is only used for lunch account.
When can I drop my child off in the morning?
Campus does not open until 7:45 a.m.  This is because we do not have a staff outside to watch students.  Please drop-off after 7:45 a.m.  The children may play on the play structure, but only if they see a staff member in the quad.
What do I need to do when my child is absent?
Please call or email the office to let us know.  This should be done within three days of your child's absence.  If you do not call by 1:45 p.m., you will receive an automated reminder call on the day of the absence from the school number (895-2650) and/or an email around 2 p.m.  Do not "reply" to the auto email or rely on your child' teacher to pass along information to the office. (K-5th grade students)

What is considered an excused tardy?
The only excused tardies are medical and dental appointments, illness, funeral for immediate family member or a legal appointment (ie. family court). A note is required from the doctor's office.
What qualifies for an excused absence?
The only excused absences are illness or medical appointment, funeral for immediate family member (one day in state, three days out of state), quarantine, court appearance.
The following can be excused with prior written request/approval from administration: any funeral attendance, religious holiday/observance

When are the school gates unlocked?
Both Gates: Unlocked at 7:45 until 8:35 a.m.
Both Gates:  Unlocked at 2 p.m.

FYI on MS Students Calling Home
The MS students use a cell phone (624-9543) to call home from school because there is only one line in the MS office.  If you do not answer, your child has been instructed to leave a message.  Please return the call to 895-2650 ext. 205.  The cell phone will not be answered if you return the call to that phone.
What changes on a rainy day?
Students are welcome to head to the cafeteria at 7:45 a.m. and teachers will open their classrooms by 8:10 a.m.  All students will eat in the cafeteria during a rainy day recess for 15 minutes and then head back to classrooms for the remainder of the lunch break.  Kids can be picked up after school at the classroom or curb.
Where is lost and found?
Please check the rack/shelf that is located outside the old ASP room which is between the kindergarten classrooms and the preschool playground.  The main office has small, more valuable items such as keys, glasses and jewelry.  Please label all your children's outerwear, water bottles and lunch boxes.
