Mary Avila

Hello! My name is Mary Avila, and I am thrilled to be joining the team as an Education Specialist. I have spent the past several years working in special education at CCDS, and I am deeply passionate about helping all students feel supported, valued, and capable of success.

I am excited to learn alongside my students and help them grow both academically and socially. As I step into this role, I feel both excited and confident in my ability to create a positive, supportive, and engaging learning environment where every student can thrive.

Outside of school, I enjoy thrift shopping, spending time outdoors, and taking my dogs on long walks. I also love finding creative ways to stay active and explore my community.

I am excited to partner with students, families, and colleagues to make this school year a meaningful and successful one. I look forward to learning, growing, and celebrating achievements together!
