We believe students should have a voice in their own learning.

We believe that everyone is a learner.

We believe in preparing students to meet the world they will enter as adults.

Welcome to Chico Country Day School!

CCDS is currently under construction. Please note that the FAX machine and phone system are not working. For all inquires and correspondence (including incoming immunization records and CUM file requests), please email Stacy Ferguson. Updates will be made throughout the Summer.

We are a K-8 Charter School with a commitment to Student Centered Learning and to developing both academic strength and strength of character in our students. We also believe that the family is the child’s first and most important teacher, and we look forward to working, learning and teaching with you.

At CCDS our primary purpose is to educate our students toward becoming engaged and thriving learners.

Through a united school, parent and community effort, CCDS emphasizes social consciousness, personal responsibility, self-confidence and compassion, and appreciation and respect for the natural world.

We recognize we are preparing our kids for jobs that may not even exist yet, so creativity, problem solving, and critical thinking are essential to their future success.

We welcome you to browse our site, learn about who we are as a school, and consider applying to attend.
