Parent Advisory Council (PAC)
Our Parent Advisory Council (PAC) is a group of volunteers who work with CCDS staff and teachers to support classrooms, events, and fundraisers - the Jog-a-Thon, Harvest Fair, Spring Fling, Community Dinners, and more.
All members of the CCDS community are invited to participate in the PAC. Come to one meeting or all of them! Take on a task, join a committee, or simply sit in on a discussion.
Join a Committee
Joining a Committee is the best way to stay in the loop on our big event planning. We have Committees for the Jog-a-Thon, Harvest Fair, and Spring Fling. There is also a general PAC Committee for those who want to help in a more general capacity and receive communication on everything PAC related.

Become a Classroom Coordinator
PAC is now seeking Classroom Coordinator volunteers! Our goal is to have at least one parent representative from every TK-8th grade class to act as the liaison between PAC school events and the parents in each classroom. Please email ccdspac@gmail.com if you are interested or have questions.
Attend Our Meetings
PAC Meetings are held from 6:00-7:30 pm in Room 19 (across from the front office on the Elementary Campus). Childcare is always available for those attending the meeting. Agendas and meeting notes are posted below, when available.
